Create Nourishing Health Habits, Not Rigid Restrictions
Feeling stuck in an emotional tug of war, with your body and food. Are you experiencing a health condition that would benefit from nutrition therapy? Do you wish you could normalize eating patterns and feel more neutral around all types of food? As a Registered Dietitian with experience in eating disorders, intuitive eating, medical nutrition therapy for chronic health issues, maternal nutrition and general health and wellness, I can support you on your path to improved self care. Whether I am providing a framework for meal planning and/or supporting clients as they work toward a more intuitive approach to eating, my goal is to help them make long-term changes that can improve their holistic health and quality of life.
I help clients gain a better understanding of gentle nutrition and how it can support their individual needs. I work with them to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck in old behaviors with food and their body. Together we establish goals they can put into action in their everyday lives.

“Fay is simply amazing. She is wonderful when it comes to knowing anything about nutrition, diet, vitamins, mindful eating and the body. She was extremely helpful to me. She is a great listener and customizes solutions to your needs. Fay is a creative problem solver when it comes to any problem you present with food or health problems, dealing with emotions, etc. She is very caring, empathetic and truly works together with you as a team. She does a wonderful job in clearly explaining nutrition and why each food group is so important. I feel very fortunate that I had the opportunity to work with Fay as my Nutritionist.”

“When I worked with Fay, her approach to nutrition was different than anything I had experienced in the past. The most important difference about working with this nutritionist, is that she doesn’t believe in rigid and unrealistic diet plans. Instead, Fay took the time to ask me about my relationship with food and my body and helped me identify habits and behaviors that were keeping me stuck in a pattern of yo-yo dieting and body dissatisfaction. Together we identified goals to help me meet my needs, connect more with my body and feel better physically and emotionally. Thank you!”
